How do I make a Withdrawal through an Anchor?

Before you attempt to withdraw your funds through an anchor, please ensure the following:

1. Your Public Key is not locked. Please see This Link for more information on how to unlock your Public Key.

2. You trust the anchor. Please see This link for more information.

Should you satisfy all of the above, you are in the clear to make an anchored withdrawal!

1. Select the Withdraw option in the top right corner.

2. Select Withdraw Fiat or Withdraw Crypto option.

3. Choose the specific currency you would like to withdraw. 

While withdrawing crypto from StellarX you’ll be given a list of tokens allow for withdrawal.

Regarding fiat, there is currently no option for withdrawing directly to a bank account from within the StellarX framework. If you would like to withdraw funds to a bank account you will need to go through a third party anchor website. You must first convert the amount you wish to withdraw to EURC for example (EURC is a stablecoin (stable-value cryptocurrency) that mirrors the price of theEuro, issued by a Lithuanian-based company Mykobo.co). Then you will need to follow the withdrawal steps through the specific anchor website.

4. You will be provided with instructions for proceeding with the deposit. Note that the instructions change from anchor to anchor.
