Funding your Account with XLM & USDC

With StellarX, you can purchase cryptocurrency (XLM & USDC) instantly with Visa or Mastercard through our partnership with MoonPay payment service.

1. To Buy XLM & USDC directly on StellarX via MoonPay you will need to:
   
2. Click 'Buy & Sell Crypto' button at the top of the StellarX page.
   
3. Choose 'Buy XLM' or 'Buy USDC' option.

Please pay attention that credit card payment services are provided by MoonPay, which is a separate platform. 

If you're having issues with the transaction, please submit a request to the MoonPay support team (include your transaction ID/reference code).

To fund your account with XLM, you can send XLM directly to your public Stellar key linked to your StellarX account from another Stellar wallet or send XLM directly by QR code using the 'Deposit' option (Deposit -> Deposit to your Stellar account directly). To do so, you will need to log into your current exchange or Stellar wallet to initiate a transfer.

You can also go through one of the third-party exchange services to buy lumens (XLM), then transfer them to StellarX. Some of the popular exchanges, which support Stellar (XLM) are:

To receive XLM on the StellarX, you can specify your Stellar address (it starts with a ‘G’) on the sender’s service side. Your Stellar address can be viewed and copied on from the drop-down menu that will be shown to you once you click the button on the left to 'Deposit'.

A memo is not required to receive funds in StellarX because StellarX provides unique addresses for all our users. If the service that you are using to send a transaction requires you to specify the memo - you can safely enter just 'StellarX' there.

Once you have funded your account with XLM you will be able to start using your account.
